The virtualization is to install and run multiple operating systems on virtual machines running on one physical machine named host.

Most computers and servers underutilized resources. This means that not all the time using 100% CPU or memory. The virtualization technology allows real time sharing those resources so that the RAM that frees up a machine can be used by another in need.
